Lloyd Memorial Athletic Department Craft Show and Vendor Extravaganza

The Lloyd Memorial Athletic Department would like to invite you to participate in the second annual Craft Show and Vendor Extravaganza on September 25th and 26th. We would like to continue this annual event to serve as a fundraiser for the sports programs available to our students.
Booth Fees
Prior to May 1st –
$30 with Silent Auction donation (of $15 or more)
$45 without an Auction donation
Received between May 2nd and August 1st –
$45 with a Silent Auction donation (valued at $15 or more)
$60 without an Auction donation
All applications received after August 1st
$75 with or without a donation
All applications received with a crafter/vendor name affixed to the top as a referral, will receive a $5 refund of booth fees (for each accepted application) at the time of check-in.
Please include full booth fees at the time of application. If, for some reason, you are not accepted, fees will be returned in your Self Addressed Stamped envelope rather than your confirmation information. Referral refunds will not be given until check-in.
The Show will consist of a Preview Showing on Friday, September 25th from 6 pm to 9 pm and an Open Showing on Saturday, September 26th from 9am to 5pm. We will sell tickets prior to the event, and ticket holders will be able to get a first chance at your items during the Preview. All booths must be ready at 6:00pm on Friday.
Volunteers will be available to check you in and locate your booth. You will be able to pull your vehicle up to the doors for unloading. All booth spaces will be located in the Scheben Gymnasium and the connecting Dietz Auditorium for easy access for customers. Check-in will begin at 4:00 pm on Friday, the 25th and take down can not begin until 5:00pm on Saturday, the 26th. All vendors/crafters will be able to leave their merchandise set up in the booths overnight. The area will be locked and secured.
We reserve the right to reject any merchandise that is not appropriate for the Craft/Vendor Show. Merchandise must not be offensive and/or contrary to community or school standards of decency. Flea Market/Yard Sale type merchandise will not be accepted. All crafters/vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth area during the Show and for leaving the space orderly when they depart. All surplus merchandise and loading boxes are to be kept out of site during the event. Each individual crafter/vendor will be responsible for any liability, damage or loss during the Craft Show and Vendor Extravaganza.
